This isn't about overriding your nature. It's about aligning with what you really want and backing that with your own energy. - Be heard and held accountable for your goals.
Let's be honest, doing it alone isn't working. Or maybe it is but with a lot of effort, isolation, frustration and procrastination. Accountability is a pillar of our program because it's so much easier when you have a community. - Use structure and focus (we love healthy boundaries) to create freedom and flow.
Structure offers the support you need to experience the freedom you want. - Identify and prioritize your most important tasks.
We all get lost in the little things but little things only make little changes. We are focussing on the needle-movers here. - Do the hard things first.
Bye bye procrastination, hello "I can do hard things". - Move from the ideas stage to (aligned) action phase.
I know you've got a vision. Momentum will help you bring it to life.
This is not some hyped-up, quick-fix program where we talk about going bigger, doing more, and quantum leaping into 2025. Momentum offers an embodied approach to living out your goals (and life) fully.
I know what it's like to feel stuck, and I know that momentum can help you move through the blocks of self-doubt, overwhelm, perfectionism, and procrastination to doing the things that matter most.

Intentions (in action)
Clarify your intentions for the program. Connect to the group. Take immediate action.
Our first call will include:
- Identifying what you want to be working on over the next 4 weeks (and what you are avoiding)
- Establishing community support and accountability
- Somatic practices for moving through blocks
- Dedicated co-working time (you will be working on your own project while in a group space- think screens on, sound off)
- Closing practice and take away homeplay (like homework but better)
Deep Work
Build and maintain momentum, move through blocks so that you can show up with focus, intention, and as always, take aligned action.
In calls 2-7 you will:
- Identify your most important task(s) for each co-working session
- Identify what is working and what needs refinement (group check-ins for accountability and support)
- Be guided through Somatic practices to access creative and focussed states.
- Settle into your own focused, deep work (this is the bulk of the call!)
- Check-in with the group at the close of the call (accountability and support)
- Experience big shifts that will set you up for the rest of your year!
Integration
A full circle session to acknowledge your achievements, challenges, and direction moving forward.
In our closing call you will:
- Acknowledge and celebrate your wins in community
- Reflect on the challenges you faced and what you are doing to overcome them
- Map out your future focus sessions
- Feel the momentum that you have built carrying you forward!

I trained under Dr. Scott Lyons, Founder of The Embody Lab and Myra Avedon, former director of the school of Bodymind Centering. I have led 10X Embodied Yoga Teacher Trainings at the 200 and 500 hr level. I continue to assist and mentor Somatic Stress Release programs with The Embody Lab in addition to my 1-1 Somatic Practice and Mentorship programs.
